I think we would all LOVE to leave WPA-2 Personal in the far past...

but sooooo many people/companies/vendors/customers were enamored with the ease of using iPSD/dPSK/mPSK (pick your flavor) - rather than embrace 802.1X solutions that are available.

That, and the Wi-Fi Alliance's reluctance to differentiate between Wi-Fi client devices that support 802.1X and those that only support PSK. Thus we are now in a place where the ENTIRE 6 GHz of spectrum is unavailable to many Wi-Fi solutions.

Is the solution moving to 802.1X, making 802.1X solutions easier/cheaper/faster, or just live without 6GHz for those who love the dynamic PSK solution. I personally don't believe 'downgrading' WPA3 to accept dynamic PSK is the solution.

The transition to WPA3 Enterprise was nearly flawless... whereas WPA3 Personal is in this self-imposed trap...
