Each taught me something different about what it means to be an expert:
Devin Akin - Know the REAL protocol. Not the marketing version, not the simplified explanation. The actual 802.11 standard. Devin's depth at CWNP and WLPC sessions showed me that understanding the protocol at its core separates the good from the great.
Wesley Purvis - Have data to support your conclusions. Whether talking about 6E roaming challenges or AP selection at WLPC, Wes always brings the numbers. Opinions are easy. Data-backed conclusions are harder and far more valuable.
Jussi Kiviniemi - Know how to reach your audience. From Ekahau to Hamina Wireless, Jussi has always understood that the best technology means nothing if you can't communicate it clearly. His presentations turn complexity into clarity.
Kenneth Duda - Intelligence combined with a relentless desire for quality. His "Culture of Quality" philosophy at Arista isn't just talk. "Quality, to me, is an ethical issue." That quote has stuck with me.
Sudheer Matta - Passion for your work and putting customers first. Watching him present at #WLPC and #MobilityFieldDay events, you can feel his genuine enthusiasm. That energy is contagious.
The lesson? Listen to experts. Not just for what they know, but for HOW they approach their craft.
